For the BMW iX3 Launch Party, nōkela curated the complete bar experience and presented a refined selection of luxury bites, designed to complement the elegance and dynamic character of the reveal. The menu included: Savory macaron with Florina pepper cream, Inside-Out Sushi with salmon and kosho, Chinese-style pancake canapés with duck, Beef tacos with avocado, Puri with feta cream and chorizo from Drama, Beef steak on crispy potato rösti, Bao buns with tempura shrimp, vegetable spring rolls, as well as mini pavlova with coconut cream and chocolate tart with fleur de sel. The bar followed the same philosophy of precision and balance, featuring signature cocktails, premium spirits, and curated wine labels, delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience.
