Opening of the exhibition “You are invited” by Juergen Teller

For the opening night of “You are invited” by Juergen Teller at Onassis Ready, NOKELA, in collaboration with Epta Martyres, curated the full gastronomic experience for more than 1,200 guests. The menu combined freshness, creativity, and finesse: pork belly cube with pickled radish, beetroot waffle with fig chutney, porto, and halloumi, savoury macaron with goat cheese and herbs, pea and edamame tartlet, and, to close, a lemon pie tartlet. The dishes were presented through an elegant buffet setup, served by our staff on circulation, as well as from the NOKELA food truck, which was set up on-site at Onassis Ready, adding rhythm, movement, and immediacy to the experience. At the same time, our team managed the bar and wine service, ensuring seamless coordination and a warm, professional atmosphere throughout the evening. A night at Onassis Ready where taste and art met naturally — in a space designed, quite literally, to invite.
