For the baptism held at Tritsis Park, nōkela curated the culinary experience and fully organized and managed the bar, creating a warm, thoughtful, and summery setting for the guests. The menu brought together fresh salads, including a Greek-style salad with cherry tomatoes and a green salad with rocket, roasted beets, Aegina pistachio, xinomyzithra and grapefruit dressing, alongside a generous main table featuring citrus chicken with fennel, pork tenderloin with a mustard and herb crust, beef fillet with chimichurri and pepper sauce, and mushroom risotto with parmesan and parsley. A selection of sides and sweet endings completed the table in a subtle way, while for the little guests, nōkela designed a dedicated kids’ menu, served in individual lunch boxes, featuring a rainbow pot with crunchy vegetables and cream cheese dip, beef meatball and cherry tomato skewers, orange-marinated chicken skewers, and potato croquettes filled with cheddar and chorizo from Drama. The bar, designed and operated by our team, featured signature serves such as Mama’s Glow, Paloma and Negroni, together with beers, non-alcoholic options, soft drinks, sparkling and mineral water, offering a complete hospitality experience from beginning to end.
